This rental comes fully furnished with new, custom-made bedding, free WiFi, and cable. The first floor features a living room with a large flat screen TV, surround sound, and streaming capabilities, along with a spacious kitchen and dining area. Two guest bedrooms are located on this floor, one with a queen bed and another with a full and twin size bunk bed. The back door by the kitchen includes a doggie door leading to the fenced-in backyard. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed with custom bedding, a large bathroom, and a reading nook for quiet relaxation. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100. Beach equipment and bikes are not included, but concierge rentals are available and will be delivered to the house. Baby equipment rentals are also offered for convenience.
