Our interiors were professional designed by i.e. design, a distinguished commercial and residential designer with their headquarters in Lincoln. The apartment main level includes the living room, dining, kitchen, laundry, coat closet and a half bath. The two bedrooms are separated from the living area on the upper level with a full bath, linen closet, desk nook in bedroom #1 and walk-in closet in bedroom #2. All major kitchen appliances are stainless steel, vinyl wood plank floors, and modern fixtures. Dishwashers, washers and dryers are included in all units. Units are all electric with heat pump systems to conserve energy. Separate conditioned storage areas are available for an additional cost. Garbage, water and sewer are included in the lease. Dish, Spectrum, Allo & Local Channel Television Services are all available at tenants’ expense. Off street parking is provided. All units are non smoking. One year lease agreements available. This is truly a great location for those who commute outside of Lincoln with close access to I-80, Hwy 77 and Hwy 6. There is easy access to downtown Lincoln, UNL, Wesleyan, and SCC.
