The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees year-round, although guests cannot individually change their thermostats. The apartment is also wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100-300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
