Amenity cards are available for exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf for $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Car passes are limited to two vehicles per stay, with a car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle assessed to the renter. The historic city of Charleston is just 21 miles away, providing daily adventures and exploration opportunities. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. This is not a party property, and no events or parties are allowed. Check-in may require a photo ID, and there is a minimum age of 23 for making a reservation. A $69 non-refundable fee provides $1500 of damage protection coverage.

Johns Island sits on the South Carolina state line just south of the Charleston peninsula and is bordered to the north by the Stono and Wadmalaw Rivers. As the largest island in South Carolina, Johns Island encompasses an array of island living options and popular Lowcountry destinations. Upscale, modern apartment complexes and historic single-family homes can be found closer to the north of the island near Charleston.
The southern reaches of the island don’t lend themselves very well to large-scale residential development because of the surrounding marshland. However, the marshland is what makes Johns Island a hotspot for seafood and Lowcountry cuisine in general.
