Central AC and Heating Alternative to the heating, there is a gas fireplace for staying cozy in the winter. No cats. Dogs are potentially ok, but the HOA only allows smaller breeds. LGBTQ+ Friendly. We don't discriminate or judge for any reason whatsoever. Deposit + First Months rent due at signing. Garbage included in price. Other utilities, like internet and EWEB, are not included. As long as you can provide pay stubs or proof that you can afford the place, I am happy. I don't care about 3x rent or anything like that.
