The property is mobility friendly with one-floor living and easy access bathing. As you enter Sunnyside, you are welcomed by a cozy modern beachy space. The open living room features a sofa with two swivel chairs and a 55-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space, an electric stove, a full-size fridge, and a dining table for four. It includes all the necessary dishes, glassware, and cooking accoutrements, such as a combination air-fryer, convection, and microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and a gas grill. The bedroom features a queen bed with bedside tables and lamps, and the window AC keeps you cool during hot summer days. Sunnyside offers one spacious full bath with a combination tub and shower. Off-street parking is available for three cars. For family-friendly homes, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability. The City of Newbury offers paid parking lots, and you can use the Passport Parking app to pay for parking from the comfort of Sunnyside. Plum Island is a 6-mile long barrier beach extending south of Newburyport, making up most of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, visited by nearly 300 bird species seasonally. Explore the protected bay encircled by Plum Island, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. Newburyport, a coastal city 35 miles northeast of Boston, is an historic seaport along the Merrimack River, offering national attractions, vibrant boating, rich culture, and award-winning dining and shopping. Popular activities include exploring Parker River and Joppa Flats, discovering Newburyport's seafaring and colonial history, and enjoying a cruise to watch whales or dine. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
