The large windows let in plenty of natural light and there is abundant closet space as well! The kitchen features a stainless refrigerator and stove and offers plenty of cabinet space. A private, full-size washer and dryer are featured in the unit also. There is a shared partially fenced backyard and two reserved parking spaces are included. There is no cooling system at the property. Conveniently located in the South Alameda neighborhood and close to both Sheridan Blvd and West Alameda Ave provides access to shopping and dining opportunities. Ray Ross Park is nearby with green space. Access to the Weir Gulch Trail is approximately a half-mile away.
