Nice picture windows face south towards the mountains or north to view your back yard and the fields. The property is shared with two other small-home families and a newly planted organic field in back. With that in mind the owner / farmer is looking for a family that appreciates and respects no pesticides and minimal household chemicals. It is on well and septic. There is a large back yard just for you bordered by shared fruit trees but no fencing. Electric is split 70/30 and charged back. Trash is split 3 ways 25 per month. Owner takes care of water and septic. Dogs and cats considered for approval. Dogs to be under 30 pounds. Must be adult fixed and friendly. Extra deposit but no extra rent.
