Indoors, enjoy lightning-fast Wi-Fi, an arcade room with a pool table, and a quiet office space for work or planning. Outdoors, the fun continues with a heated pool, a gas-fire table with cozy seating, a BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the Arizona sun. The heated pool is available for $100 per night and can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October and May, with a 3-day notice required before arrival. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Conveniently located, this home provides easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
