Thank you for your interest in our property for rent at Aenon Lane MobileHome Park. The first step is to complete an application. We accept applications here: and Zillow applications. If you have trouble uploading documents, you can email them to us at . The fee is $20 per adult and covers a background check. We only show units to approved applicants. Make sure you watch the walk-through video before you apply! To be approved: You must have the money now (we do not hold units) You must be ready to move in now (units are normally rented within a week) You must fully complete the application (all adults living in the unit) You must prove income for 3 times rent (last 6 months) You must have no evictions You must have no crimes of a sexual nature (we have children in the park) *Note* If you have problems paying for the application fee try using a different browser, credit card, or debit card. Rentec manages that system so we can't provide technical support. Additional things to note about the park. All units are located in Aenon Mobilehome Park (AMP) on Aenon Lane in Tallahassee. The park is on well water and septic tanks. We also cover garbage and lawn-cutting costs. In general, your utility bill will be around $140 a month (rather than the $400 you would pay inside the city) The park is located next to woods which means you will be near nature that will get in your garbage cans if you don't use the tie-down pins. We allow pets without limits, but there will be additional pet fees and a non-refundable security deposit. ($100 non-refundable pet fee covers all pets, $10 pet rent per month per pet) We have full-time jobs and manage AMP via emails and Rentec Direct. We do not give out our phone numbers. We are also aware that scammers are using pictures of our units and have taken what measures we can to prevent this. You will not be asked to provide initial rent or a security deposit without being allowed inside the property. If they won't let you in, then it's a scam. Thank you, Nifto Properties LLC
