There is nobody on site to show the property so this is by appointment only for showing. If relocating to Las Vegas from another state you would need to see the property in person before we can accept any application. Property is available immediately for move in and the max we are able to hold the unit will be for 14 days upon acceptance of application with deposit down for holding. No deposits will be broken up into payments; full amount due upon move in ($725 rent+ $725 deposit+ $200 cleaning deposit) application fee is $50 per adult and is nonrefundable. Credit will be a factor (evictions or apartment collections will be a dealbreaker) and proof of income is required. This is a small unit so no large pets and max 3 occupants.
