No open Bankruptcy Below is the qualifications for these properties. You have to make below the income limit for the household number. This includes the number of adults and dependent children of those adults. Full time student restrictions apply. These are first come first serve. We do not process applications until we have all the items needed. There is a $35 per adult application fee.
