You'll feel right at home as soon as you step inside the lovely living room, complete with comfortable seating and a 55-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. The bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our duplex home is conveniently located just a short drive from all of the best attractions in Zephyrhills. Enjoy walking and fishing in nearby parks and take a trip to the local shops and restaurants. We do not meet with the guests at check-in, all the instructions and codes will be provided to you before check-in. We are always available if something comes up that guests may need help with. The duplex-style home is not a shared space with the other tenants, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fully to the guests. A starter pack of amenities is provided inside the home, including a fresh paper towel roll, a new roll of toilet paper per bathroom with extras left under the sink, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, 1 new sponge, dish soap and 3 dishwasher tabs where applicable, 1 set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags with one in the can upon arrival, and 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer.
