This 2 bed 2 bath apartment also comes with an upstairs Loft. The property management is very kind and willing to help in any way they can. All utilities are paid through the tenant. The apartment is Pet Friendly. They require a $300 pet deposit, as well as $35/mo/pet rent. The grounds are nice and it is right in the middle of the city, however it is so peaceful you wouldn't even realize you were right next to the mall. I am selling my contract because my apartment mate has left me with the entirety of the rent and I simply cannot afford it on my own. It is a very nice apartment, lots of room for a two bedroom, and the loft adds a very nice open feeling to the place. I wouldn't mind staying if I could afford it. Lease ends Oct 2016.
