This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom is great for 3 friends wanting to room together or a small family. There is a parking garage, and 2 marked parking spots in a gated area. For any additional storage, there is a marked storage space in the basement to store your bike, or any additional household items. This Condo is located conveniently by the Forest Park metro, making it easy to access WASHU, the Central West End, and SLU. The Delmar loop is a 5 minute drive and Forest park is a 10 minute walk away! Enjoy staying in this central location in the heart of the historic Skinker-Debaliviere neighborhood. Each bedroom already has a bed, mattress, night stand, and lamp. The living room has a couch, coffee table, tv stand, 43'' tv, dining table, and 3 chairs. If you wish to use your own furniture, arrangements can be made. There is a smart lock on the front door and the condo is very safe. Rent will be $2,300 per month for a period of 12 months. If split amongst 3 or 2 persons, rent will be split according to square footage of the bedrooms and allotted parking spaces. Security deposit will be 1 month's rent ($2,300) Breaking a rental agreement will require a payment of 2 months of rent after the last month the renter occupies the apartment. Renter is to cover the Electricity bill. Gas, water, and internet are included. Renter is required to follow the Condo's HOA rules. If you have pets, only 1 dog and/or 1 cat are allowed. Any costs required to fix damage to the apartment and its appliances is to be covered by the renter completely. Parking in the gated space is $20 per month for the lot spaces and $30 for the garage.
