The spacious master bedroom has a King Bed with a designer headboard frame, Smart TV with a beautiful master en-suite bathroom, dual sinks and spacious tiled shower. The second guest room has a queen bed with and attached bathroom. The third guest bedroom contains a queen bed. The home has (Free) WiFi throughout the property including areas of the outside patio. The living room is bright with large windows, vaulted ceilings opening to a one of a kind view of the lake and majestic mountain views at PGA West. The community contains walking trails, bike paths, community pools and its own putting green so you can practice before your big game. DETAILS ABOUT LA QUINTA Since you are in La Quinta, enjoy some of the many world class events like the CareerBuilder Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic), played here at PGA West and held at the end of January. See some of the top golfers along with well-known celebrities and the host of the event, previously President Bill Clinton. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held in March with over 300 of the top rated tennis players in the world. The property is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy music festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach and various others. You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival, thereafter we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate. Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not to disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. The gas grill uses propane gas for your enjoyment. Please make sure you turn them off when not in use. NOTE: (Rates will vary by month. The price listed is for the lowest month of the year.)
