Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damages exceeding $300 per stay, or damage caused by automobiles. Lost FOB/access cards and replacement for lost parking tags cost $200–$300, per building policy. Smoking inside or having a party on the property will incur a fine.
