Circa 1945 building has living room (16’ x 14’) and two small bedrooms with laminate wood flooring.   Kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, space for a small table, and a tiled floor.  There is no dishwasher, but there is space for a portable one.   Laundry hook-ups are in the tenant’s section of a shared dirt cellar floor (covered with stone) on an elevated platform. Limited storage space is available. Water and sewage allotment is provided quarterly, with tenant paying any overage.  Electric utilities, natural gas heat, internet, and cable TV are not included. No pets are allowed.  No smoking or vaping of any kind are allowed in the apartment, the cellar, or the enclosed outside entryway.  First month's rent ($1,600 - $1,700) and a security deposit ($1,600 - $1,700) must be paid at time of lease signing. Lease is 12 months. Tenant(s) must have a combined gross (before taxes) monthly income of at least $5,000 to be considered.   Proof of renter’s insurance will be required beginning the first day of occupancy.
