Upstairs has 2 nice sized bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a bathroom with a claw foot tub. Another home is located on the property. You will have shared access to the waterfront as well as the potential use of a boat slip. Bring your paddleboard, kayak, jet skis, boat, etc. Love to fish? Lake Shoecraft is a year round fishing lake! Tenant responsible to pay one half of the water and electric bill for the property. Rent include sewer (septic). (Go past the left-turn 52nd Ave to Port Susan with a green Private Road sign.) 52nd is the “short leg” of a backwards L. Curve left onto the “long leg” which is 141st Pl NW. Go to the very end of the road and turn right into our driveway. This is past the sign that states “no turnaround”. Please do not disturb the occupants in the main home.
