The floor plan includes a downstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom, and upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two bedrooms with two full-size beds each, and a loft bedroom with a bunk bed (full and twin). Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, with overflow parking available in some areas of the neighborhood. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but if you need a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per pet. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleaning will be charged.
