Upstairs in the loft, there’s a queen-sized bed. From the living room, you can access the covered back porch, which features a gas fire pit for warmth on cool evenings and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Additionally, there’s a 12 x 24 detached garage/workshop. The cabin is located less than 10 minutes from Clayton, offering plenty of shops and restaurants to explore! ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED FOR 1 MONTH LEASE Each Tenant over the age of 18 is required to submit an Application that includes Previous Rental History, Employment History, References, Credit Report, and Background Check. If the Application is approved, a $500.00 Lease Deposit is required to draft the Lease Agreement for electronic review and signature.
