Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. We offer a variety of optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, with additional fees applying. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
