With plenty of space to relax and unwind, Alpine Highmark is the perfect place to make lasting winter memories. This home features a fully stocked kitchen equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, a drip coffee pot, a crockpot, a blender, a rice maker, and a waffle maker. The living room includes a wood-burning stove, and there are smart TVs throughout the home. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. This home offers a large driveway and garage parking. The fully fenced backyard includes a propane grill (not available in winter months) and a fire pit (please bring your own wood). Some outdoor seating is provided, but you are welcome and encouraged to bring additional chairs. A Pack-n-Play is available, but please bring your own linens. Located near the Grey's River trail system, this home offers easy access to snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. For those interested in exploring further, Jackson and the Grand Teton National Park entrance are about an hour's drive away, while the Yellowstone South Entrance is approximately a two-hour drive. The nearest grocery store, Broulim's Alpine, is conveniently located for all your shopping needs. Self check-in is available at this home using the code provided after your scheduled arrival time. There is no air conditioning, but you can utilize the blinds, ceiling and floor fans, and crisp evening mountain air to help keep the home cool. The home does not have satellite or dish service. No sleeping bags, air mattresses, camping in RVs, tents, or pets are allowed, with no exceptions. No events are permitted, and there is a maximum occupancy of 8 per local ordinances. In snowy conditions, a 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended. A laptop computer is not included.
