Our spacious studio apartment offers comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom stocked with essential toiletries. During your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center, featuring both strength and cardio rooms. Additional amenities include a complimentary in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with pre-installed streaming apps, and free coffee to start your day. While the design aligns with the photos provided, each unit features unique design elements and custom decor. Ample paid street parking is available, and guests staying for more than 7 days can opt for paid garage parking. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
