The dining room features a table with seating for six, which can be extended to accommodate eight. The main bedroom suite includes a king-sized bed with comfortable linens, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed with quality linens and access to the outdoor patio. All bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. Guests have private and exclusive access to the downstairs unit and can use the shared driveway with two exclusive tandem parking spots starting September 30, 2024. Prior to this date, guests can park in the unreserved free public parking spots in front of the home. This property allows two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 each. This property is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Legoland (2 miles), Oceanside Pier (6 miles), San Diego Safari Park (27 miles), San Diego Zoo (33 miles), Del Mar Fairgrounds (13 miles), Sea World (29 miles), and San Diego Airport (34 miles). The area is best accessed by private car, but ridesharing services are active if you prefer to come without a car. Quiet hours outdoors are from 10 PM to 10 AM. No parties are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs that neither unit has access to, ensuring security for both units. Both units can be rented together for 30 days or more, providing a combination of five bedrooms, and the doors can be unlocked for guests. Periodic servicing of the yard with a landscaper is provided.
