Ricardo López Alonso is a real estate broker (license number BK3360455). Ricardo is a talented professional with over 30 years of experience in marketing and sales. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and mass communications from King’s College and an MBA from Syracuse University. His expertise in statistics and market analysis led him to New York City, where he worked for an advertising agency and at the trade commission of the Spanish Embassy. In that role, Ricardo was the director of the consumer products department, reporting directly to the Trade Commissioner. His job was to advise Spanish export companies on how to sell their products in the United States. In the 1990s, Ricardo began his real estate career as an investor. He also established his own consulting and market research firm, working as a consultant for many large companies in the United States and Latin America. He specialized in advising on the sale of products and services within the Latino community. He was a board member and President of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA). In 2014, Ricardo moved to Florida and decided to focus entirely on real estate. Initially, he specialized in long-term investments and property renovations. He obtained his sales associate license in Florida and later his broker's license. Given his experience with the Latino community, Ricardo recognized the needs of Hispanics in Brevard County and decided to establish a real estate Latino team to educate and assist Latinos in the area with buying and selling real estate. Ricardo and his wife Sue own Mar y Sol Properties, a brokerage serving the needs of Brevard County. He is also licensed as a real estate instructor (license number ZH1003698) and is a faculty member at A+ Schools of Real Estate. As an instructor, Ricardo teaches real estate licensing classes in Spanish. He is passionate about ethics and has served on the professionalism and ethics committee of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®. Ricardo is an avid data analyst and technology enthusiast. He leverages technology to improve the real estate business. His background in quantitative market analysis and population trends allows him to offer a well-informed and unique real estate buying experience.
