Nestled in the close-knit Old Beach neighborhood, this rental puts you right in the heart of vibrant Virginia Beach, with easy access to Atlantic Park, the Sports Center, Convention Center, ViBe Creative District, and local dining and entertainment. This four-bedroom modern farmhouse-style townhome features hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. Enter through the rear French doors into a large, open-concept kitchen and living area with high ceilings, a comfy living space with a large TV, and a porch with Adirondack chairs. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to eight people. A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the ground level. On-site private parking is available for two vehicles. Additional bath towel sets are available upon request for a linen rental fee. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals can be arranged and delivered to the house. For stays longer than two weeks, guests are responsible for providing their own bed sheets and bath towels, though rentals are available at an additional cost. Municipal parking garages are available for overnight parking should you have an additional car. Situated in the heart of Virginia Beach's resort area, this townhome is within walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center, and the developing Atlantic Park are also nearby. Enjoy nearby golf courses, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, and more, all within walking or driving distance. There are steep stairs in the home. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM, with no early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season from May through September. Parking on 22nd Street overnight is not allowed and will result in a ticket from the city. There are no grills on-site, but you are welcome to bring one or purchase one locally. Please dispose of all supplies and clean up prior to departure.
