The unit is large and fairly new construction. The view of the ocean is amazing! There is a large storage room before you enter the unit and it is heated. Then the living room and kitchen with an island. The cabinets are self closing, you can't slam them shut. The living room is a nice size, it looks out to the ocean so you can watch the sunrises and the storms coming down the channel and the whales! The building is very quiet, there are no animals, except the ones that live on the property, the deer's and black bears and bald eagles. There is an eagle tree in front of the apt. with a nest and baby eagles in this year. There is a boat launch just down the road to put your boat in the water and enjoy some of the world's best salmon fishing. There is plenty of room to store your boat on the property. The apt. is heated by an air to air heat pump, it is very clean and economical to run. In the summer it can also be used as an air conditioner. Across the road is a paved bike path that goes all the way to town, about 5 miles. There is a public beach 1.5 miles away that is very popular. These units are newer and in great shape and with the water view and location they rent out quickly. No last months rent is charged, only first and a deposit. There is an application process and rental agreement that all tenants sign. No pets! The units are new with little wear on them. There is a recreation center in town about 10 mins away.
