Located just minutes from the Mt. Washington Hotel, Bretton Woods Ski Area, and Crawford Notch, this home is ideally situated for exploring the White Mountains. The area offers a myriad of activities, from skiing and hiking to zip-lining and golfing. The famous Cog Railway is also nearby, providing a unique way to experience the stunning scenery. This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area, making it unsuitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. No smoking is allowed inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Check-in is any time after 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee.
