Parking is limited to one vehicle at the assigned parking spot, with overflow parking available at unmarked spots on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional pickups during your stay are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup. Near the Mt. Washington Hotel and minutes away from Bretton Woods Ski Area, the walkout back deck offers outdoor access to a large yard. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A laptop computer is not included.
