The main level includes a 3-season porch, perfect for enjoying summer evenings without bugs. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to a second bathroom and a separate laundry room with a large washer and dryer. The lower level offers three additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and beautiful views, as well as an incredible entertainment space with a game room, a movie theater room, and a kitchenette. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No parties are allowed without express authorization. The home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
