Designed with you in mind, this townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals, ensuring you feel right at home. The large laundry room, located on the ground level just off the kitchen, comes equipped with a washer and dryer along with a vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board. The primary suite on the second floor features a king-sized bed, a large TV with basic cable, a ceiling fan, a large dresser, a very large walk-in closet, and a private balcony with rockers. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a spacious standing glass shower, dual sinks, and a private toilet area. Two queen-size bedrooms on the second floor share a spacious hallway bathroom with dual sinks, a tub-shower combination, and a toilet. The third floor houses a twin bedroom with two twin beds and a large loft space for lounging and TV watching, as well as a third queen bedroom, both sharing a hallway bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub-shower combination. This property offers on-site private parking for two vehicles. Additional bath towel sets are available upon request for a linen rental fee. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed, and a standard coffee maker is provided in each home. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals are available upon request, with all rental equipment delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. Grills are not provided on-site, but guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase one locally, ensuring all supplies and materials are disposed of and cleaned up prior to departure.
