Dog Friendly/fenced backyard The space The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces. A green, Xeriscaped yard with blooming flowers, a flowing waterfall and small pond in the back yard. The house is stocked with linens, towels and necessities. There are spices and basic items in the kitchen. -A fully fenced back yard and doggie door -Large deck and a very private back yard - Many updates Your dog will enjoy the trip too! We're comfortable and dog tolerant in this house, not fussy. There is plenty of closet space. the house is professionally cleaned to AirBNB / Covid standards. Main Level: - Vaulted ceilings in the living room. - The dining room table has a large table, a wall of windows and is open to the kitchen. - The fully furnished kitchen has a custom tile floor and newer stainless steel appliances (Microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator). -Comcast cable -Secured WIFI connection -Front load washer and dryer -There is plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Garage space available for bikes etc. upon request. Newer appliances including washer and dryer, dish washer, oven, stove and refrigerator. Fantastic Location: Walk or bike anywhere as the home is just 3 blocks from Lafayette's quaint main street where there are great restaurants, bars, brewpubs, coffee shops, and shopping. Also in walking distance is the town's Rec Center. Less than ten minute drive to old town Louisville. There are several grocery stores very close to the house including a Sprouts, King Soopers, and Natural Grocers. The area has many walking trails nearby. The proximity to 36 and other major roads makes this a great place for anyone looking to commute, Boulder /CU is 20 minutes away and Denver is about 30 minutes and Good Sam. hospital is a 5 minute drive. Very easy access to CU Boulder's campus via bus. Interlocken and the Boulder reservoir. Trail maps provided. Guest access Featuring remote check-in and check out!
