Private room & private bathroom in in a beautiful home with ALL utilities included (High Speed Internet, Full HD Channel DirecTV, Electricity, Gas & Water). We are a mid-50s Christian couple renting out 3 rooms within our home. We are in the master bedroom and each of the 3 rented rooms have their own room and private bathroom. Currently we have 2 adult male renters who have been with us for over 5 years. This small 12' x 10' room will work best for a gentleman who has few items to move in. It has a large 2-mirror closet as seen in the photos. Room is furnished with a twin bed, chest of drawers, desk & chair and HD TV, but can be unfurnished upon request. Large window with blinds. The private, full bathroom (tub & shower) is just down the hall. $1,000 per month and a $1,000 Security Deposit. As stated above, the rent also includes all utilities and Internet & TV services. Parking is on the street. Included are privileges for the Kitchen (light cooking), Dining Room and Laundry Room. Each person cleans up after themselves and provides their own food, laundry soap, and toilet paper. We provide kitchen cabinets and refrigerator space. We also offer very nice and healthy Kangen alkaline purified drinking water if so desired. We provide monthly professional house cleaning services for your bathroom. Each renter is given a key to lock their own room, if desired, when they are gone. The front door combination lock uses a key or your own PIN #. We are located on a corner next to a Shaffer Park and a Fire Station. It's a safe neighborhood; we also have a Hi-Tech surveillance security system with 16 cameras outside to watch and protect the home and all vehicles. The home is located in the City of Orange close to Old Towne Orange and Chapman University which is about 3 miles away. We do not allow smoking (even vaping) in or around the property and no sleepovers. We are looking for an easy-going single male (no couples) who does only light cooking. This is ideal for a quiet, working professional who works days, or a student. Only allow 1 registered vehicle per person to be parked in and around the property. We have one hypo-allergenic Siamese Cat (Sebastian) within the home who is never in any of the rented rooms.
