The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Bedroom 5: 2 Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom ensuite and another full bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. This lovely home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You will have the DFW Airport just 16.9 miles away, 27.3 miles to downtown Dallas, and 33.2 miles from the AT&T Stadium. For shopping, Grapevine Mills Mall is 15 miles away. The home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants, with a CVS just 0.9 miles away, the Colony Marketplace 1.2 miles away, and local Walmart or Target 2.2 miles away. Entertainment options include Topgolf 2 miles away, Andretti Karting & Games and the Galaxy Theatres 3 miles away, and RifleGear 4 miles away. Golf enthusiasts will find three beautiful courses within 4 miles. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7. No cameras are inside the house. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards for pick-up at 7 a.m. the next day. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. The garage is remodeled as a game room.
