This home boasts many luxury touches and feels, providing a relaxing vacation atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking any meals at home, with beautiful quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy bar top seating to keep company while the chef is cooking, and a large dining table for gathering all together for meals. The living area features a large couch for everyone to cozy up together and watch their favorite show. The bedrooms include a master with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a fun kids' room with built-in bunk beds and a twin trundle, including an en-suite bathroom. A third full bathroom is located across the hall from the queen bedrooms with access to the pool deck. Free parking is included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. The old Town Trolley Tours offer a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., including unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the nation’s most charming. This top location is in Vilano Beach and is only a short 5-10 minute drive into the St. Augustine city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the back, and tampering with it may result in the reservation being canceled. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house.
