Kitchen slider doors opens to the two-tier deck, backyard and pool areas. The kitchen also opens to the rambling family room with fireplace. The laundry room and two car garage complete the first floor! Second floor boasts the main bedroom with Cathedral ceiling, a private full bathroom with separate tub & shower stall and Jack & Jill sinks. The main bedroom's walk-in close is big enough to be a bedroom. Three additional, ample sized bedrooms and a full bathroom in the common area complete the second floor. The finished basement features a bar area, a wine "room" and a large sitting area. Additional information: -central air conditioning and heat -dehumidifier must remain on at all times and needs to be emptied -furniture in main finished part of basement staying -there is a room in the basement that the owner is using for storage (not accessible by tenants) -pool is "as-is" (owner is unaware of condition as it is a recently purchased property and tenant kept it unused this summer) Owner pays: -leasing fee -a professional property management company -taxes Tenant responsible for: -all utilities (including water, sewer & garbage) -lawn care, landscaping and snow removal -pool is "as-is" (this is a recently purchased property that the owner unaware of the pool condition). If tenant wants to use the pool, tenant must use professional pool company to open, maintain, fix and close the pool -a pet is allowed for an additional $25 pet rent per month.
