A pack 'n play or air mattress is available upon request, with a second air mattress available for $35 per night. No parties or loud noise are allowed, with a $250 charge for unauthorized parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pets are not allowed unless special permissions are granted, with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after using the kitchen and appliances, and any damages to appliances will be charged to the guest.
