The kitchen boasts a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. A Peloton stationary bike is available for personal use. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent at $10.00 per day. On-site parking is ample and convenient. For those traveling with dogs, a registration fee of $59 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If not registered, a fee of $120 per dog will be charged. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. This incredibly safe community is ideal for walking or jogging and is just a short stroll from multiple coffee shops and restaurants. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty.
