Willowbrook Ave. in  Compton, Ca. 90220. The community is secure and quiet, comprised of working professionals. Within a 3 minute drive, you can access Target, TGIFridays, Ultra, several groceries, and convenience stores. The Metro Blue line is adjacent to the community and provides easy access to USC, CSUDH, and downtown. The other two rooms are occupied by two professional women in their late 20's. They both have their own bathrooms and generally keep to themselves.  Rent and Utilities  The deposit is $1000, plus the first month's rent of $1000which adds up to  $2000 move in.  The rent moving forward is $1000 plus utilities. Utilities include water, Edison, SoCalGas, and a home cleaner. The utilities average $60-$90 a month.  The lease term is one year, then month to month.   Parking Garage comes with this room. Viewing the space I will have an open house on Sunday , August 21 from 1pm -5 pm.  Since I work, this is the only time available to view the space. If necessary, we can have a FaceTime tour on Saturday.  Application  I have attached the criteria for rental, application, and the necessary documents for verification. The application fee is $50 per adult.  Every applicant must submit and ID the last two check stubs and complete the application for consideration.  Move-in After the open house, all complete applications will be processed within 72 hours.
