Step outside into a retreat-like ambiance with a pool, hot tub, and cozy outdoor seating area, ideal for relaxing. Inside, the spacious home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy indoor fireplace, and eight comfortable beds, making it perfect for large groups. The home cinema is perfect for movie nights with family and friends. The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, three bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a fifth bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The home also features a full bathroom in the primary bedroom and an additional full bathroom. Additional spaces include a movie theater/cinema room. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. DeSoto, known as the All-America City, is a quaint community located within 15 miles of downtown Dallas in the southwest corner of Dallas County. With sloping hills and lush thickets of trees, DeSoto is home to numerous parks and natural areas, providing an idyllic venue for an outdoor getaway. The area offers fresh air, breathtaking vistas, and a cultural mecca with family-friendly events throughout the year. Many top attractions in the Dallas and Fort Worth Area are just a stone’s throw away, making DeSoto a great place to experience the best of the Metroplex. The hot tub and reclining couch are out of service. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Two security cameras are installed outside for security. Pest control service is monthly, and you might encounter wildlife in the yard. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, but there is no cable. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of house rules could result in reservation cancellation without refund and loss of deposit.
