We are a short walk from shopping on Newbury Street, Beacon Hill & Back Bay, or a stroll through Boston Public Garden. Want to see more? Back Bay subway Station is just around the corner! This well-appointed and recently renovated apartment with new furnishings is located on a quiet residential street in the desirable Ellis section of the South End. This apartment is on the top floor, with gleaming Hardwood floors, Custom built-ins, 2 large closets in bedroom. White subway tiled full bath. Laundry in unit. Includes unit controlled central heat and central air conditioning, Building has exterior cameras for security and ring doorbell systems. The Kitchen is nicely updated. Dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, toaster oven with dining for two overlooking the street. The Living room is an open concept with the dining and kitchen. Above the mantel is a 55 smart TV that is flanked with large built-ins. A large Burrows sectional ready to be lounged on. Wi-Fi is included. Workspace a dedicated space with a large monitor, keyboard and wireless mouse is available to use with your laptop. The oversized Bedroom that is rare in the South End. it has a queen pillow top bed with extra clean blankets, pillows, and sheets that are in the closets along with iron and ironing board. The Bathroom has gleaming white subway tiles with a good-sized vanity with draw storage. You will find all the necessary fresh towels inside the open shelves. The laundry equipment is right there in its own closet. Guest access Guests will enter the building through the main front door by using the code (provided before arrival) on the smart lock. When you get to the top of the stairs below the skylight is the door to your apartment. Everything needed is there for your use, including linens, towels, blow dryer, iron and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a Keurig Coffee Maker. Convenient to Back Bay Station, Copley Square, Universities, Medical Schools, Financial and Theater Districts and much more. Garage parking is available for rent at - 100clarendon. The street does have 6 spots at the end of the street that are for visitors without parking stickers. They are first come. If you are looking for a well maintained, beautiful apartment within a tranquil living environment, this is it.
