No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violations. Propane and charcoal grills or any form of open fire are forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Electronic noise monitoring is in use, and violations of these rules may result in immediate removal without refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied for violations of local regulations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee.
