Renting a large basement apartment, its 1 bed/1bath Basement Efficiency Apartment, with private entrance. This is located in the basement of a nice single-family home.  Available immediately, can be a 1- or 2-year lease. The unit is also flexible, as you can rent it as a large 1-bedroom efficiency w/ 1 bath and kitchenette (microwave, counter table, hot plate and full-size refrigerator and top freezer with an automatic ice maker...or inquire about the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, complete with with family room. The efficiency bedroom is very large, but open to the kitchenette area as it’s an efficiency. The bathroom is ensuite, it’s a very large room 20 x 26'. OPTION 2: 2 bedroom/2 bath with family room. If you want to rent the full 2 bedrooms/2 baths, note that kitchenette would be shared space with both bedrooms, so meaning if you and other person want a place, you can have separate bedrooms, but 2nd bedroom renter may need to come into the efficiency to use the kitchenette. You can easily put a divider, or I can assist with hanging a curtain for privacy, as there is delineated space for the bedroom/bathroom, while the kitchenette is the first part as you enter the door. With the 2-bedroom optional layout, the lovely family room (furnished room) comes with it, and features a fireplace, TV, etc. comfortable sofa, etc. Like a normal traditional nice family room. Apartment is an 8-minute drive to campus or take the bus. The 2nd bedroom/bath is off the family room, it’s small, around 8x10. Both 2nd bedroom and the 1-bedroom apartment can access the separate large fireplace family room, there is a 2nd bathroom off the hallway of the family room that could function as the 2nd bedroom bath or a guest bathroom. PRIVATE ENTRANCE! There is a private entrance for the apartment on the side of the home (no sidewalk, but grass and pebble stone footpath). Shared: laundry room, and happy to give a laundry schedule so you have a reserved time. Just text me if you are using the laundry or need to. Otherwise, feel free to use it anytime. UTILITES: Water, Heat/A/C Internet/Washer/Dryer, Electric/Cable TV: All utilities are included! Internet included. Smart TV can be included upon request. The place is located one and a half blocks away (.2 miles) from the Long Branch Trail - Fairfax County Park which is surrounded by woods. There are miles of running/biking trails and plenty of parking. The house is clean and comfortable. This basement rental requires a signed lease for a full 12 months. And 1-months rent upfront as security deposit. This monthly rental fee includes utilities (washer, dryer, water, WIFI high speed, gas, and electric). In addition to basic utilities both areas include access to the HD Television in the shared family room with a COX cable TV (includes most of the movie channels, and access to high-speed internet).
