This lovely breezy home includes a main house with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. The detached cozy studio suite in the back boasts high ceilings, a kitchenette, a Murphy queen bed, and a bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with A/C mini-splits and a portable A/C unit, while the rest of the house has fans to keep it cool. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, and the back studio kitchenette includes essentials. Ask about add-ons such as early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, and car rentals to save the hassle of dealing with a rental agency. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. With walkability reminiscent of a bygone era, you can surf in the morning, shop midday, enjoy beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all within a short walk from home. Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts are readily available nearby, making transportation a breeze. For the safety and security of guests and neighbors, the exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio. Decibel level monitoring and occupancy sensors are enabled at this property. Shoes should be off upon entry, and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal guidelines must be followed to avoid issues. This home is remote work-friendly, featuring blazing-fast Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and desks to ensure a productive work environment.
