The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a 30" smart TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed. The home features a 65" smart TV in the living area, natural gas appliances, an above-ground spa, yard games like corn hole, and an outdoor seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, Keurig duo, French press, toaster, blender, cooking essentials, silverware, and dishware. The home also includes a washer and dryer with a starter amount of detergents, a dishwasher with a starter amount of detergent, and all high-quality linens including multiple towels for bath, pool, and spa use. Pets are welcome upon approval with a fee applied. The pet fee is $75 per dog, with a maximum of 2 medium dogs allowed. We ask that all dog waste be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, you may be subject to a fine. No cats are preferred. Our home is situated among multiple types of desert landscaping such as cacti, including Saguaros ranging anywhere from 10 years to 100 years old, making for a fantastic nature experience as they house many types of wildlife. We're surrounded by well-known, locally owned establishments like Harold's Corral, the MIM, the Grand Canyon, and much more. Nearby restaurants include Local Johnny's, First Watch, El Encanto, Uncle Louie, Keeler's, Liberty Station, Tonto Bar & Grill, Big Earl's Greasy Eats, and Big Earl's Candy Shop. For dessert, visit The City Creamery. Grocers include Walmart, Sprouts, Fry's, and Safeway. Don't forget your hiking shoes for those who love to adventure throughout nature. Our concierge can assist with finding the right hiking trails for you or recommend day trips of all kinds after booking. The home is under video surveillance. A dedicated personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check-in time via email. We recommend providing your own transportation. We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do not record or video; they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge, with approval required. The town of Cave Creek explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler's account. During all hours, noise and music must remain at a reasonable level. This is not a party house. Check-in is between 4-6pm AZ time. No mailbox access will be granted. Absolutely no packages will be accepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS, FedEx, or Amazon at their own discretion. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are the responsibility of the sender. Wi-Fi is high speed, ensuring a seamless remote work-friendly environment.
