This redesigned 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Coral Resort, offering panoramic waterfront views and abundant sunlight. The apartment features high-quality furnishings, a chic L-shaped sofa, two Smart TVs, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a sliding glass door for fresh air and a full pool view. Resort amenities include a heated pool and laundry facilities. The beautifully designed apartment sits on the 2nd floor of the Coral Resort with unobstructed views of the crystal intracoastal water and the heated pool. The apartment is finished with high-quality, hand-selected furnishings, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in tiled shower, granite countertops, and wooden beams on the ceiling. The aesthetic combines metropolitan ultra-luxury with a St. Regis seaside interior. The kitchen is equipped with a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, an oven, stove top, microwave, farmer's sink, island seating for two, floating shelves, a dual Keurig k-cup/drip coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Entertainment options include two Smart TVs and a chic L-shaped sofa. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in, ensuring it is visible on your vehicle's dashboard. Clearwater Beach is a vibrant tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques all within a very short walk. You can enjoy the town without needing a car, but free parking is available if you choose to bring one. The area offers a lively atmosphere with everything you need just steps away. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction, which may result in some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has occurred. Parties are not allowed at any time, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. The balcony is shared with your neighbor and is standing-room only. Please do not throw anything over the side. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged, or $200 if outside regular business hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry with no refund. A/C should be set to 'AUTO' mode and not lower than 71°F. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services on the Smart TVs. Unauthorized subscriptions will incur a $25 service fee. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may be liable for damages beyond $500. Personal items left behind will incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for their return. Weapons are not allowed without prior written approval, and violations will result in immediate removal and a $250 penalty. Date changes outside the full refund window may incur a fee of 10% of the total reservation or $100, whichever is less, with a minimum fee of $35. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighboring projects or renovations, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay, following Covid protocols.
