The monthly rent is $1900, with no deposit required if you have good references. We don't make you sign a lease. The apartment is available Jan. 1, 2023 unitl May 31, 2023. We live in another, private section of the house. There are no shared spaces, so you have your privacy. The only thing we share are baked goods.
