The ocean inlet and its small beach, and Vaughn Island are just a short walk away at the end of Turbats Creek Road. The ocean is just out of sight from the cottage, but the sounds and scent of the ocean are ever-present. It is a short walk to the beach at Cleaves Cove. Beautiful grounds, driveway parking for one vehicle, recently renovated bathroom and loft bedroom. Kitchenette, dining and living room are small and cozy. 1st Floor Kitchenette and Living Room 25' x 8' 5"; Dining Room 14' 6" x 8' 9"; 2nd Floor Loft Bedroom with Sitting Area and Skylights 23' x 18' Restaurants, and markets are a short drive or bicycle ride from the property. Individual tenant preferred as parking is in a shared driveway with limited parking space. Initial lease duration is 6 months. Tenant is required to pay the first month's rent in the total amount of $2,450 on or before the first (1st) day of the Lease Term as well as a $2,450 security deposit.
