Step inside the cabin, and you’ll instantly feel its charm. The living area is warmed by a propane fireplace, perfect for those chilly mountain evenings. The cozy bedroom is designed for restful nights after a day packed with adventure. The highlight? A front porch that practically begs you to grab a seat, sip your coffee, and lose yourself in the beauty of the Tetons. Max 2 pets are allowed. Please advise immediately upon booking if you are bringing pets. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet and place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. You’re not just staying somewhere beautiful—you’re staying somewhere perfectly positioned for adventure. It's just 1.5 hours to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, a scenic 1-hour drive to Grand Teton National Park, 30 minutes to Grand Targhee, and under an hour to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Nearby towns like Driggs and Victor are only 14 and 25 minutes away, respectively, offering dining, shopping, and more. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. If any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
